Momentum is worse than the ANC

We as employees recently canceled our pension funds with momentum. Its FundsAtWork policy and it also included funeral and accidental policy. Our employer paid double and we paid the other portion. The cancelation was started in February already and still me and 3 other employees have still not recieved their funds. The communication from momentum is extremely poor and when something is required from my side, I have to call them in order to find out what they need from me. No effort made from their side, its by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Such a big company to experience the lack of effort and yet nothing is being done about this. This company is a true reflection of south africa under the ANC government. Employers please never consider momentum as a option for a provident fund as you will have endless stress with payouts. You will cause unnecessary fighting amongst you and your employees.
