Momentum is Useless

I have initiated my Pension Fund Withdrawal on 10 September 2024. According to their own claims it takes 26 days for a Pension Fund Withdrawal to pay out. On the 26th ( working days ) day I called them as no payments reflected in my account. Had to hold the line for 28 minutes before I finally got through to a consultant. The consultant told me that my claim has not even been processed yet and she could not told me why. She assured me that she will be on it and make sure I get my money worst case scenario by the following Friday. It's now been another week after the supposedly worst case Friday and still nothing. No correspondence,no calls or nothing. I tried calling them 3 times, held the line on average 20 minutes only to get cut off. Judging by their very poor rating on all social media, they just don't even care. Please try and avoid dealing with them, it's a nightmare
