Momentum is the worst ever

Momentum is the worst.i app**** for my provident funds.. on the 30th of August when I left the previous company I was working for. No communication what so ever..calling is useless because you wait for hours with no answer.. it's over a month already and no communication from Momentum not even a text message.

2 months later, and I still haven't received anything. No communication from momentum. I got a job abroad can't leave due to financial strain.. I'm getting into debt.. I really regret saving with momentum.
