Momentum is the worse company is SA!

I logged a complaint on hello peter on the 03/05/2022.

I received an email from Malinee Alli the administration manager on that same day stating my funds will be paid within 5 to 7 days.

Today is the 7th day and still I haven't received my payment.

Momentum keeps on making empty promises and are not client service orientated.

I will never recommend any individual or company within SA to take any of their products because when you claim they will send you from pillar to post.

I don't want to hear about any more TAT's like 2 to 3 days or 5 to 7 days. I want my payment before COB or I will take this further with my lawyer as I am just sick of Momentum now.
