Momentum is playing delaying tactics

I am having a serious problem with this company. I had an investment which matures on the 21 May 2021. I was sent the documents for application of maturity which I gladly filled and I was told that I should wait for 5-7 working days for money to be in my accounts. on Monday 31 May 2021 i called and spoke a lady by the name of Boitumelo and she said before she can assist me she needs to verify my details which she did. The conclusion of our call was that she going to make a request that funds should be release with an immediate payment. Today, i am receiving an email that is telling me about verification of signature. the last few days while waiting for funds to be release why was this not communicated? now that I am waiting for funds Momentum is coming up with delaying tactics not to pay? It might not be millions to them but to me whatever amount that I am waiting for might come handy for me. Please do not play games with me cause where I am seating all that was requested i have done, I don't think I can forge a signature to get my money back.
