Momentum is Past Pethetic - Do not invest with them
For any client or potential future client this is a must read...
So for the past years I HAD a policy with momentum... Diligently contributing my monthly installment. Only to find the returns to be quite sad for my liking and with absolutely no review of my policy over the years...
I decided to cancel and consolidate my policies with a extremely competent Advisor from Liberty.
So the saga starts with No Show Momentum
- Cancellation request sent - Reply Email from Momentum requiring why - Like really - Email to transfer from the new advisor to momentum to transfer funds - Reply Email from Momentum this must be in writing - Email from me to Momentum - scanned document and signed - Reply Email Momentum now requesting additional information
At this point I am like ................................
In total after this there has been 9 emails to myriad...... with all the details and then I get a stupid reply requesting the same documents 2 days later and or all of it....
Not even to talk about getting my name wrong....
Is there any one in this company that is competent enough to actually resolve this....

Following receipt of the last requirement, the Section 14 Transfer to Liberty was finalised on 15 August 2018, as per the e-mail sent to you on the day.
The above noted posting on the HelloPeter website was merely to acknowledge receipt and inform you that we commenced our investigation. Proper feedback, following our investigation, was provided per e-mail within three hours of the above noted posting.
