Momentum is a ****. If you you give them your money, you'll never get it back.

I made a claim to Momentum on the first week of October. They said they'd pay out in 26 working days so I waited. After the 26 days I have called them countless times, emailed them countless and even tried communicating on the WhatsApp counselling page. They just keep taking me from pillar to post. The are all clueless of what they are doing because everyone you speak to from momentum doesn't know what's happening and they will put you on hold for hours. It's been 2 months now and I've even resorted to submitting again in November since they claimed they didn't have all my information which was just a cover up for their incompetence. They will lie and give you countless excuses in hopes that maybe you'll leave your money with them. Do not make the mistake of ever taking your money to them. They are a bunch of ****mers.
