Momentum Investo worst service ever
I have been with Momentum Investo since October 2015 where I invested in an Endowment with Momentum.Premiums were debited from my account since 2015, and increasing by 10% and the endowment matured on the 30 Sept/01 Oct 2020.
I have been calling , sending emails to Momentum asking them when I will receive my money as the pay off date has lapsed. I sent my withdrawal form well in time to avoid delays,however the seem to be no urgency from the financial provider.
They have been debiting my account for the past 5 years ,but when its time for maturity of the fund they are taking me to pillar to post.I have to always call and send emails and on their side they do nothing.
They bring excuses like technical errors and loyalty bonuses. Im writing this complaint on the 26th October 2020 and I still haven't received my money.

Momentum Investo what great job do you do except telling lies, today its the 28th Oct 2020 and I haven't received my money. You have failed dismally and I have no choice but to elevate this matter.
