Momentum Investo not paying out policy after correct forms submitted.
Momentum Investo has a form to surrender (buy off) the policy. I have completed the form and attached all necessary documents. Momentum are now full of excuses. Can Momentum please explain to me why they have a form to buy off a policy if they are not willing to do so... Do they not know what forms they are placing on the internet??

The contract in your name is governed by the Pension Fund Act, and therefore there are various legislative processes you have to adhere to. These types of contracts make allowance for retirement, and you can fully retire only as from the age of 55.
You are however also allowed to make withdrawals based on the 2 - pot system, and this is the form the service area recently e-mailed you.
Please be mindful of this and rather contact the insurer who will provide you with the correct feedback.
