Momentum Investo (lack of communication)

I have app**** for my savings component on investo and to date the status is "awaiting tax directive from SARS". How long does it take to obtain a directive from SARS? No communication regarding delays and its not like you doing any favors for me, I make payments montly. Can someone explain the process and the leadtime for all these steps. when can I expect my money to clear?
