Momentum investments go down and service is even worse

We emmigrated to Portugal 6 months ago, three months before we left we approached Momentum to cash in my husbands RA, they sent us a list of paperwork required, we got it all, and sent it to them. Included on the list was a Emmigration Tax Clearance certificate. which we fianally got. They then came back and said that the paper work they wanted from Portugal, including proof of residencs and our Fiscal number its not in English, yes thats correct its in Portuguese, We live in Portugal, they then said they wanted it on an official letter head from the Portuguese government in English... Go figure, we got it translated. Then they said they would accept the translation .. Now they are applying for the tax clearance and it will be another month. but we have a tax clearance certificate, you told us to go and get one.... we need a different one they said.... this is now 9 months later with at least another month to go. When you try speak to someone its just " i am just conduit"
