Momentum investment payout ****mers
Momentum they are ****mers. I have been paying for investment for the past 10 years. Now that it has matured momentum does not want to pay out. They want to **** me. Every day they want a new document. I want my money. Was all good when I was paying for this investment since 2013 now that it's time to payout you don't want to pay. Momentum service levels have gone to the dogs I'm so disappointed. I have a life policy with them wondering if they will pay when Iam dead. Thato Letlape together with Tintswalo Hlungwini worst consultants I have ever dealt with, Disgrace. I would never encourage anyone to take out insurance with Momentum not after the horrific experience I have had. PAYOUT MY MONEY!!!

11 Jul 2023, 10:42I do not have problem with the requirements but to request new document every day is unprofessional. I see it as delaying tactics. Respect my time and the 10 years I have paid this investment. even if its R5 rands it's my hard-earned money.
