Momentum insurance such a bad service

Such a bad experience I have with momentum Insurance I had 2 policies with them life insurance and retirement annuity I've canceled the policies because of they not reliable after canceling they refused to send my life insurance money back telling me it's not possible for me to get the money back and they promised to send my retirement annuity money back to my account then instead of them sending money in to my account like they've promised they kept on deducting money from my account even after I have canceled the policy. I called wanted to understand what's causing the delay they told me that because I've reversed the money and they had submitted my details to sars i still dont understand why did they continue deducting even after ive signed the cancelation forms. Everytime when I call they will just hangup without giving me the answer and then I have to call back and find a different consultant then I have to start again to explain what's my story then they keep on promised to get back to me but they never do I call using airtime this people don't care they will make me hold on the line for over 20min but still not solve my problem. Two weeks back I called they told me they will get back to me within 2days they never did no communication nothing yesterday I called them again one consultant is sending me to the other but still they don't come up with the solution on how they will send my money back. I'll never recommend momentum to anyone in mylife
