Momentum incompetence

I have an RA with Momentum and a lump sum is due to be payed out. Now it looks like Momentum has a reputation to delay this payout as long as possible for reasons unknown to everyone except Momentum these tactics by them is know by many who had to go through this waiting game they seem to play and it frustrates me to no end In starting to regret choosing Momentum to handle this RA. I received an email from the agent who correspond with me on the 3rd of December 2020 that the funds has been approved for payout and is now with their so called "quality " department,really?, and that the funds will be payed out within 24 hours. Well yet again a bull**** story. It's now the the 7th of December and it appears that they have no clue what 24 hours mean or just plain utterly ***********. There is absolutely no updating of what is going on from Momentum which is more proof of their utter incompetence. I'll discourage anyone from investing with this company.
