Momentum Incompetence

After being a pension fund contributor for almost two years, I resigned and app**** to withdraw my pension. Policy states it takes 8 weeks to process the claim.

It is now over a month passed the 8 weeks. Every time I call, it’s a different story, or different hoop I have to jump through. (One of which was sitting at SARS for 5 hours, just to submit my marriage certificate.)

I was promised my funds would be paid out this week. When I called yet again, no one could confirm the payment would actually be made. Instead, “Vuyo will contact you.”

I am tired of hoops. I just want my money that is owed to me. Yet no one can get back to me in this regards. I am tired of all the follow up calls and e-mails. My payout is long overdue.
