Momentum horrific service!!!!!!!

I am utterly appalled by the service I have received from Momentum😡 I app**** for a withdrawal in August which makes it 2 months. I was told that Baisha is the consultant who was allocated my case, I have been following up every other day to find out the status of the withdrawal, it was only last week that Bayisha told me there was an I.T problem and that she would try and sort it out and get back to me. To date she has NOT reached out to me. I am absolutely appalled by the pathetic service I have received so far!!!!!! I don’t want to speak to anyone else, I only need the money to reflect on my account as soon as yesterday!!!!!
