Momentum Funeral cover

I have a funeral policy on my mother. She passed away on the 12th of February 2026. I contacted Momentum and sent all the documents on Wednesday the 5th of March. They said it would pay out in 24 to 48 hours. It is Thursday the 12th of March 2026. I called Momentum on Tuesday the 10th of March. The lady said it would be escalated. I have not heard a word. This is my third complaint about Momentum. Seems no one is interested in doing what they have to do anymore. It saddens me. I have had this policy for over 20 years. I wil be looking for other funeral cover for myself for sure, because when I pass away they will have to wait months it seems to be able to pay for my cremation.
