Momentum FundsAtWork refuses to pay my money

I’ve had enough with this company. My funds at work provident fund claim was lodged in June till to day I am yet to receive the money I asked and was told that my previous company didn’t declare last contribution and there’s an email where the HR lady sent them the last day. I’ve been told to call on Friday for the past 2 weeks and last week I was told that I would definitely get my money this week. Today I called and was assured I would get my money today. Here I am sitting after cob and nothing! I am so upset I am being taken for a fool. I don’t understand why companies still have their provident funds with this company it’s disgusting!!!
