Momentum fundsatwork poor services to clients

Very poor services

I am a client of funds atwork momentum I resigned and made a claim for withdrawal of my savings to momentum 05/10/2019

Up to this day my claim has not been paid out. Tried calling several times but i was told nothing apart from that they are still working on it.

Meaning my claim will be finalised next year..This is not fair..its December! . i feel sorry for who ever still invest his/her money with momentum.
