I understand that you require the proceeds of your claim to be paid as soon as possible, however this is a payment to a third party account .

In order for us to make payment into a third party account we require various documents which are then submitted to our legal department. Our legal department may request further documentation, which in this instance was the situation.

I also note from our records that this has been conveyed to you on a regular basis.

Once we are in receipt of all the required documentation and we have received the authority to pay into a third party account. The payment will be made.

The above is not done to delay the payment but to ensure that you as our member is protected.
