Momentum FundsAtWork complaint

I was retrenched by my company end ended the last day of February 2022. All the forms that was needed for my provident and pension payout was send through to Momentum fundsatwork umbrella pension fund for payout. It has been nearly 3 months now an no payout yet. I was suppose to go for an appendix operation that I needed to cancel due to the fact that I can't continue paying my medical aid at Discovery. As I can see this is a common issue with momentum according to complaints on Hello Peter and it seems these people just don't care. I was told by Shaakira on the 5th of May 2022 that it will take 7 to 10 day if there is no tax issues. I am still waiting for further feedback and today is the 10th day.
