I submitted a pension fund claim, I gave them all the information and there's this guy who was handling my claim (Katlego Segone). I sent him an email following up on the claim but he doesn't respond, he keeps telling me they can't find anything on my late father's pension fund and I can see that there's something fishy going on since he told me to stop going there to follow up so he gave me his number and email address but still he is ignoring me deliberately.

I never thought I would have to deal with such incompetence and disrespect... I submitted my late father's employee number and completely filled forms with the necessary documentation, so basically there's nothing I haven't submitted. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed, it seems like I was wrong about this company being the best. My uncle has a life insurance policy with them and I know he'll also face the very same problem should anything happen. If it comes to a point where I have to take this to court, then so be it... I have enough evidence.
