Momentum (FundsAtWork)

I resigned at work and needed my money from Momentum (FundsAtWork). Since June 2024 I have been making contact with them, I sent them all the documents they had required from me and needed to wait 26 days for the money to be transferred into my account. It was only after I followed up with them after 26 days did they explain that my former employer hasn't filled in their part of the form. I called in where I used to work (The Butchershop & Grill, Sandton) and they mentioned that they hadn't received anything from Momentum. Via email I then ask them to resend the form to my former employer and CC me when they do so. Until this day there has been no response from the Momentum team, no update whatsoever. I hadn't worked there long so it's not like I have millions waiting for me, but as little as that money is, I worked for it.
