Momentum FundsAtWork - provident fund: absolutely ridiculous service. According to their first email, my payout would have been 26 days from confirmation of docs received. It has been 68 days and am still waiting for feedback after phoning 4 agents and emailing numerous times. And no, not phoning on the same day. This was each week, desperately wanting to know when I will receive my payout and NO ONE bothered to take my claim further after putting the phone down. What pathetic service!
