Momentum FUNDS at work withdrawal

I really think Momentum is running a ****. I resigned from my previous work in Aug and submitted a withdrawal request. They indicated that they received my claim forms on 18 Sep. Since then they have been telling me that they are processing my withdrawal. Everytime I call them they say they have an IT issue. They keep telling me that the person responsible for my withdrawal Michelle Kami will call me but since Sep, she has never called me even once. 2 months later still no progress on my withdrawal, just a bunch of excuses.
