momentum Funds at work sucks
<p>I left my previous company 2 months ago and my pension fund was invested with Momentum Fund at work. I have been calling the company every day for 2 weeks everyone keeps telling me a different story and I have lost a great opportunity for investing my money. As I write this complain I am still waiting for my payout, They lack urgency</p>

I wish to confirm that this claim was notified on Employer Portal by your Employer on 2 October 2016.
Due to the fact that there was outstanding documentation, the claim went the manual route and Momentum received the outstanding documentation on 27 October. The turnaround time is 26 working days from receipt of all outstanding requirements.
I however confirm that the claim was in fact paid today which is well within the required turnaround time.
