Momentum Funds at Work - Shocking Service

I finished working for my company in July 2024, at a pensionable age, and had contributions made into the Funds at Work pension fund over a period of thirteen years. In August 2024 I made my first submission to Momentum requesting the closure of the fund, withdrawal of my finances. After several submissions I requested assistance from one of their financial advisors, who referred me back to the same department. By mid-November I had still not been contacted by the company, and have since re-sent email with no reply. For a company presenting itself as a first-world professional service company, their level of service, and lack of professionalism has been astounding. If anyone can advise how to proceed in my dealings, your advice will be much appreciated
