Momentum Funds at Work Poor Administration

My brother Mr. X Qumza former employee of Transnet Port of Nqura. He finished off as an employee for Transnet 2021 in October and to date, Momentum Funds at Work has yet to process his Provident Fund. The quality of service given to my brother leave little to be desired and he and his family are struggling due to the poor administration by Momentum Funds at Work Transnet employees administrator at the Centurion office.
