Momentum Funds at work Pension Fund

Unfortunately because Momentum Administration never replies to any enquiry related to Funds at work Pension administration I have to write my complaint straight to Momentum who had assured me that Funds at work will assist me with my pension enquiries.

I called Funds at work 5 times prior to sending an emails. I was kept on the line with no answer and forced to listed to the automated voice about Momentum being here to help me.

I wrote an email to Funds at work requesting my Annuity statement for the pension contribution that me and my former employer Momentum made during the 2024 tax year. Funds at work responded via email advising that I should kindly note that MomentumFundsAtWork administers Pension and Provident fund not retirement annuity.

I wrote a following email the same day as the response which till this day remains unanswered. My fears are that my pension is still with Momentum’s Funds at work and based on other reviews here I am doomed.
