Momentum Funds at work not working

The most pathetic service I have ever experinced . after having retired and 1 month later i still have not received my pension payout that should have been transferred to Old mutual Wealth. call centers make promises to call you back their managers and empty promises ! i have bills to pay but they just dont care .

Email after complaint 5 days ago This is what the client complained about: Pathetic service I have retired from my company Duferco steel processing at end of July . Funds were requested to be paid in full to old mutual wealth .The person handling my case is Joh-nay Wessels .Every time I call the call center she is never available. Today at 14h46 I called again and spoke to Eugene .He said he would give her the message to call me she never did . I again called to speak to the supervisor Anele Tofile what said he would call me back in 20 minutes . It's now been 2 hours still no call .
