Momentum Funds at Work is a BAD COMPANY to do business with.

Bad customer service is an understatement to describe the incompetence of this company! So logged my provident fund withdrawal claim on the 15th of Jan after having been retrenched from work. The HR lady from my company gave me a heads-up that I would have headaches with this company. Guess what, when I made a follow-up 5 weeks later, I was told my application was rejected due to clarification of my dates of termination! They did not even care to notify my employer till I followed up. A week later, I’m told they can't open a document HR sent to clarify the issue. I, on my own accord, had to get my HR to mail the docs in a version they required! A week in, week out, I have been calling to get these people to do their work. To date, they still can't tell me what is the BLOCKING POINT ! Mihlali, Adele you guys don't have customer care. I don’t understand why our company migrated our funds to this company.!! I will never do business with them EVER
