Momentum Funds at Work Disinvesting nightmare

What a shocking experience I’ve had with this company. I will never ever even contemplate doing any business with them! A member’s pension funds needs to be disinvested as per a court order that was issued on the 5th of September 2017. To this day, I’ve only heard stories and had to go back to court on the 5th of June 2018 to add the words (a non member) to the court order. I obliged and entertained their whims. The High Court gave approval and Momentum confirmed that the order is binding and will make payment on the 13th of July 2018. I’m still waiting! Today I called and a Service Consultant confirmed that they have discontinued payment due to it not being “binding”. No reasons provided! So basically telling me that they just don’t care about any High Court order or that they are in contempt of court. It’s been almost 1 year since the original court order was granted... so I’m wondering who is benefiting from the interest? Definitely not my daughter whom is supposed to benefit from this. I’m waiting in anticipation for the next round of lies.
