Momentum funds at work

I was dismissed at work and I app**** to disinvest in the momentum funds at work. I app**** on the 19th of a February, till to date no payment. I called to enquire and was told that the person who was working on my case was on leave. How is that my issue?I called almost daily to check the progress on my payment but I was taken from pillar to post. Yesterday I called again after I received an sms that my payment could not be processed due to SARS issues, I was then advised by Angela that it was a technical issue and that IT sorted it out. Today I called again and spoke to Reabetswe and she told me they have app**** for a tax directive, I am surprised cause I logged onto my efilling last week Thursday and SARS had already done my directive and I saw what amount they are deducting from my funds. I am unemployed, 3 kids and no food in the house. Should I beg first before I get the money I saved up?
