MOMENTUM FUNDS AT WORK

I submitted my exit documents to momentum fund at work in June and was told that the process will take 6 weeks. I have been waiting for more than 13 weeks. When I phone the call center, I get told that the administrator (TIARA) app**** for an incorrect amount on my tax directive, and she will rectify it. IT HAS BEEN 13 WEEKS?????????

This week I was told that she is on leave and will be back on Wednesday. I spoke to her on Wednesday, and she was rude.

Is there any training that you offer your administrators on how to apply for the correct tax directive and on how to engage with the clients and this lady is rude.
