Momentum funds at work

What a disappointment!!! According to their website, their turnaround time for a withdrawal is only a few days. Now my previous employer submitted my withdrawal claim for something close to two weeks and still,nothing!!! I’ve been sending emails and all they tell me is that they will get back to me within two business days and this is really upsetting I must say. I am never recommending this institute to anyone.
