Momentum Funds at work

This company is horrible and unreliable! Customer service is **********! I have been struggling to get a meaningful response as to why my funds at work is not being paid out to me. At first ,after 4 weeks of putting in a withdrawal application, I called and they told me the funds will be in my account in the next 3 days , a week goes by and there's nothing , I call back again and they say the payment was rejected because they have received additional contribution from my former employer so they will request clearance from SARS which usually takes a day , 3 days go by and there's nothing again , I call back and they tell me oh they are going to send my funds to SARS for clearance , then i knew they were bluffing me because they keep telling me stories. I call again the following tuesday after the lady(Lesedi) ,processing my claim fails to call me after she had promised to update me on monday when she has released the payment , I speak to Jerry who say he will do a follow up and get back to me on wedensday before 09:00 am , to no surprise he doesnt call. I call him comes still nothing , I call back again , same story . Till today they haven't paid my provident fund. This is not a reliable company . If you looking to invest please seek alternative company.
