Momentum funds at work
i have app**** for my funds withdrawal in October 2016 to date December 2017 i am still being told they are waiting for approval.i have been sending emails no one responses when i call i am always told this and that is missing when i prove that those thing have been sorted and emailed to them,the story changes to waiting for approval from their financial department,how long does it take for momentum to release money its been more than a year?why they never respond to emails?their official said to me she cant tell when it will be paid but it takes time.Why are they refusing to pay me back my money?

The scheme was terminated effective 30 June 2016. There are outstanding documents which have been requested from the Employer in order to submit this as a liquidation.
Unfortunately no claims may be paid until the liquidation has been finalised.
