Momentum Fund Administrators (CINPF)

I was a member of the Chemical Industries National Provident Fund (CINPF) and left the company I worked for in July 2021. The Chemical Industries National Provident Fund (CINPF) was with Akani Fund Administrators and then moved to Momentum Fund Administrators in November 2021. This move has been an Out of the frying pan into the fire situation. Momentum Fund Administrators consultants are *****, ***********. They have been telling me that my file has not been loaded onto the system for the last 9 months and that IT still still busy loading files and system will update I must call back after a week. I call every week and I'm told the same story. Momentum is playing with people lives and livelihood. There are people who have even died waiting for their money. There are people who have had their houses and cars repossessed because of the incompetency of the consultants. Kids have been taken out of school because of this situation. The Management of Momentum really needs to prioritize this as this is peoples money that they contributed and not a donation.
