Momentum functional impairment

I had taken a functional impairment policy. I was diagnosed with an anomly that has permanent total impairment.

The policy contract does not have any exclusions on con******* anomalies. The contract speaks about severity of the condition. The policy also indicates the condition being diagnosed by a registered specialist after the benefit date.

I have only been diagnosed with the condition after 31 years old my life and now momentum has declined my claim. Their policy wording contradicts what they say , so does their website.
