Momentum FNB Retirement Allocation Funds Poor Service

<p>I have contacted Momentum FNB Retirement Allocation on email address ********** since December 2016 about my I have been doing a follow up and sending email but no reply from there at all. Even to just let me know they have received my documents. It seems like they do not care about the emails I have sent on numerous occassions. I last spoke to Lesibana who was trying all his best to assist, I appreciate all his efforts. But as for fnbclaims not responding to me I need to know what kind of a business are they running if they are not even interested just to sent a notification that they have received my documents.<br /><br />Worst of all I have a friend whom I work with at another company now, and he has received notification that they did receive his documents but I was the first one to send the documents on the same **********
