I called momentum requesting for the most simplest thing transferring my retirement fund to my new administrator as i changed employers, the last communication i received when i followed it was confirmation that my transfer is currently in progress i called today a month later to follow and boom nothing was done after fighting for months to get my funds transferred. their. Firstrand administrators gives me false information every time i follow up on my requested their service is highly frustrating, i even laid a complaint nobody responded to my complaints. i am going direct to offices because they keep bull****ting me
