Momentum failing to pay out policy.

I have been through retrenchments. And I'm waiting for my payout from them. I haven't heard a thing. No payout, not once have I been contacted. They quick to take the monthly installments but when it's time to pay out. Nothing completely ghostest. Very poor service.

The South African Revenue Services (SARS) declined the application for the tax directive. They advised that you should contact them as the ID and Tax numbers differs from their records

Note the ID and tax number and on our records are *** / ***

Please contact SARS and advise which ID or tax no must be used.
