Momentum - epic brand fail - non compliance with a court order

If I could give Momentum zero STARS I would!!!! Attachment order which was granted and supp**** to Momentum on the 23/10/2020 - still hasn't been honoured, and there seems to be complete non challance about complying. Phone calls and emails to a Madelaine Roussouw go unanswered, promises of payment and when to expect it and dished out but don't come to fruition. I have written a letter of complaint to their complaints department and I am fairly sure its going to go unanswered. I will be moving all my own policies away - as if this is the treatment I am experiencing, I would hate to know how I will be treated when I am allowed to access those policies
