Momentum Empty Promisis 4 months going to 5 months

Momentum HQ reacted promptly to my complain and promised me Centurion branch will come back to me. Centurion branch came back to me with the assurance that they do have everything in place, only to go back their word with a new excuse a couple of days later. They now need a \manual"certificate form SARS that will take 29 working days. Why wait for nearly 5 months to wake up to this fact? To cope 5-6 months without a pension is ridiculous. It seem that Momentum have neither the inclination or the will to conclude the procedure.
