Momentum double charging customers

I recently signed up with Momentum Health insurance including their Multiply service. I cancelled the health policy thinking that the Multiply service was a part of the same policy, only to find three months later that they had been debiting my account monthly for the Multiply service even though there is no way I could benefit from the Multiply since I had no Momentum insurance or other health insurance.

When I requested a refund and an escalation of my complaint ( because I was under the impression that Multiply was part of the same Momentum Health policy and had not been told differently ) I was not offered a refund, apology or explanation, other than that they are two different service providers and two different contracts which is a very confusing set up since they are both under the Momentum brand. Clearly it works for Momentum since they are able to charge people for a service that in my case did not exist.

(Supplier name changed from Momentum Health to Momentum by Hellopeter.com)
