Momentum - Don't even bother

I bought a TomTom watch from Momentum a few year's back but I've only gotten around to writing the review now.

Basically, I bought 2 watches, one for myself and one for my wife. My wife wanted one that could play music and the description on the Momentum website for the watch said that it did so we bought it. When I got it home I took it out the box but couldn't figure out how it played the music only for me to do further research and find that it didn't actually have that function.

Ok, simple, return it to them for a full refund as there was false advertising. Not quite. After months of fighting with them they still refused to give me a refund even though it was as clear as day that they were at fault. I never got that refund and I refuse to support them in any shape or form from then, either on their shop or their medical aid.

Well done Momentum, no wonder Discovery is doing so well, not difficult to compete against you guys!
