Momentum doesn't want to give my investment money back

Absolutely horrible service! I made an investment a couple of years ago, but when I tried to withdraw money I had to comply with several rules. Momentum wants a digital signature so I created my own digital signature with Adobe. After several emails, they refuse to accept a valid digital signature (with the date and time stamp) I put on the document. It seems they want me to print the document, sign it, scan it and send it back to them. You get different kinds of accepted digital signatures. Absolutely shocked by this incident. I will never ever ever have anything to do with them! I am not even sure if I will get my money back. Momentum is eager to help you when you can give them money, but just try asking for your investment money back. They will make up all kinds of rules why you cannot get it back.
