Momentum doesn't pay out provident fund

Momentum provident fund and Moment FundAtWork don't pay out when you put in a request. I put in a request of my funds in May since I stopped working for the company I was working for. They have been giving me the runaround since and say I should receive an sms from them that still has not come. It is a really hassle to get your funds (of which I have not gotten yet)
