Momentum doesn’t pay!!!

So listen to this. I had a pension fund with momentum which I requested the full amount withdrawn. I sent all my documents through on the 3rd of May. I even phoned later that same day to follow up if everything is onder. So know I am sitting a month later phoning 4 times a day getting told a guy by the name of Vusi will call me. So quick to take your money but payout doesn’t happen and we are sitting at a month later so how long do we need to wait. This is just not Right!! Regards Maruis van Wyk ***
