Momentum does not listen, momentum lies & changes the terms of contract as they please

<p>I was with momentum life for about 2-3 years now, paying just over hundred rands as a premium, in signing up they told me this was a level plan and has no annual increase for the number of years stated in the premium gaurantee allocated individually to each insured party, this number was 15 years for my extended family and 10 years for me and my spouse, i was ok with that, but they seem to increase the amount and disregarding the signed contract, when you ask about it, they say they increase it each year for each insured life as the age changes, since I have 6 people insured, I will get 6 increases per year, and they say thats just how it works, I recieved a call from a consultant by the name Tshego, she told me my premium is now R340, last month it was R280, I personally believe they keep inxreasing the amount the point you cant afford, and when you cancel policy, they have already cashed it over the years, my policy number is ********** 92, do not trust momentum, they are not so nice once they sign you.</p>
